SHOULDER CORD Usually used for special identification such as Honor Guard. Attach under left shoulder strap just inside sleeve seam. 

BADGE Shall be worn on the outermost garment. Exact positioning may vary with badge style. Usually the badge is centered 1/2" to 1" above center of left pocket flap.

HASH MARKS, STARS OR MALTESE CROSSES Used to denote years of service. May be on either left or right sleeve. If used with sleeve braid, locate 1/2" above top row of braid. If no braid is used, locate 3" above bottom of sleeve to bottom of Cross, Hash Marks, or Stars.

SHOULDER RANK INSIGNIA 

Center on shoulder loops an equal distance from the outside shoulder seam to the outside edge of the button, with the base of insignia pointed toward the outside shoulder.

Performance Polyester shirts are by far the easiest to care for, Machine wash, dry and wear.  Not only does this amazing fabric retain its resilience, staying bright wash after wash, but "breathes" to give year round comfort.  VISA System 3 is permanent and won't wash out.  It's designed to wick away moisture and accelerate soil release when washing.
